Ally2 splits 5:04, 5:20, 5:26,5:56,5:17,5:17,5:43,5:53 ,5:13,5:29 . Knew I would pb regardless of weather however the gale force winds around the rowing lake made it close (mile splits show dropped speed). Came 5th running with matt blunden for 8miles. guys ahead of me at least 1-2mins down so low 53 on good day maybe. Won silver medal in midland champs. pleased with performance in tough condtions.

MAD Superman Had a good run but the severe wind put pay to any chance of a crack at sub 60. Finished 24th overall and 4th club (Andy W 58, Stubbsy 60 & Newts 61) The wind actually blew a portaloo over on the finish straight!
