Heelandcoo This was my first 10k race so pleased with the outcome. Found it tough, especially at the end, the lighthouse seemed to be getting further away! As soon as I had finished I felt I could have run faster. I guess that's all the more reason to enter another race and improve my time!

jazz Hoped to run faster but it was not to be. Was windier than expected but I suppose it was at the coast! Thought race was well organised, only downside was queues for womens toilets! Goody bag was good, probably the best t shirt have received from a race

Lisrun Did much better than I had hoped and faster than the two previous times I have done this race. Wind was behind us at first, but it felt in our faces for the last mile or so. Lots of runners and a good goody bag including technical running shirt, hat, energy bars.

RununMan Only decided to run the night before race and did a 20miler the day before. Was hoping to hit 6mm but heavy legs and last 4 miles into the wind put pay to that. Still a great run, great goody bag and my first 10k ... so a PB anyway!!
