\J\ Warm sunny day, head wind after 3 miles which it more difficult.. Well pleased 3 mins faster than last year and another sub 40! Race well organized, goody bag brill (techanical t-shirt, socks, energy bars, drink, crisps etc). Lovely run up to the Priory and scenic run on the coastal path to the finish at St Marys's Light House... My only gripe is it's a 10k race but it is marked out in miles!

madaddo Head wind most of the way. Last 200 yards, with a last ditch lunge to the finish, gave me an official time of 40:00 minutes dead! I had a target of 39:59 :((
