Mr. K. No real game plan...just wanted to see what the legs & head could do. Surprised & pleased with outcome - equalled my second best time. Maybe another sub 22 soon...

Rach E Plan was to run as slow as I could for first place as I was racing on the track in the afternoon. Ended up running a bit faster than needed but very pleased to run this time and for it to feel really quite easy. Very happy!
