About this parkrun

Summer Course: 2 laps - 50% grass/50% tarmac
Winter Course: 3 laps - 40% grass/60% tarmac
Bit muddy in the wet on either. Reverse at special events.
Slightly undulating but mostly pretty flat and therefore quick in good conditions.

2 laps summer course mostly flat. Some path. Around 800 runners each Saturday. Pacers last Saturday of the month.

I think this is quite a new course. Very flat 2 laps mainly on grass and trail with a little bit on paths. Free parking, toilets available before the start and a cafe afterwards.

Nice parkrun just got a P.B.here just 2 laps and a bit of grass and tarmac

There’s about just less than 1000 people here!

A big parkrun with over 600 people, mostly grassy trail and gently undulating quick when not muddy. Parking about 500m from start. Loos and a nice cafe. Did a modified course of 1.5 laps

Just been to Nonsuch (summer course) for the first time in a few years. Very enjoyable flat, fast course - mixture of grass and tarmac. Was a bit slippy as just been raining - bring appropriate footwear!
