4 laps around a park. Mainly tarmac, with a small stretch on grass. Quite undulating. Normally around 100 runners so nice low key Parkrun

The course has changed and currently does not match the website (I have uploaded the current course in September 2022). More grass than the previous version. Very friendly and small numbers but definitely undulating.

4 undulating laps on a mixture of grass, trail paths and tarmac. Twisting paths weaving around the park. Toilets and parking at swimming pool. Lovely park and friendly volunteers.
