Lisrun Drove through hailstones on the way to this race, but at Morpeth it was cloudy and not too humid. Same course as two years ago, two laps with a hill in miles 1 and 4. Downhill in miles 3 and 6. Pleased with my time. Mug to all finishers.

Grey Badger Niggling tweaked muscle on inner thigh and got a stitch for the last 4k but surprisingly knocked 8 sec off my officially measured 10k PB somehow.
