About this parkrun
Flat tarmac, out and (slightly shorter) back on the Prom. Will be very quick in the right conditions but exposed most of the year. Limited parking if it gets busy.CumbriAndy 27th Apr 2019
Very flat, nice out & back route with great views of the Lake District in the distance. On the prom, tarmac. Windy! Nearest carpark about £1 for 3 hours. Nearby road parking. Cafe at the start/finish.

Wide, flat, smooth....windy! Lots of friendly Northerners, great value butties, limitless on-street parking. Oh, and it’s my home town 😀.

Windy but flat. Also started at the back with the Mrs so time to be had on both accounts. If I shake this cold that'll be a bonus too!

lovely flat & fast (if its not windy) scenic (views of the lake district fells across the bay) out & back course along the seafront

Out and back along the prom. Good surface. Very flat, very pretty.
Statue of the one and only Eric Morecambe. Recommended.
