rhb Long leg for me, so not recording time here. There was an entry for long leg last year. So... leg #1 for Saracens - B&W vest as in profile picture. Ran 32m15s over the longer distance. Was 44th of 58 clubs who started as I sent runner B on their way! The quick boys were out on leg A for sure!

CookPassBabtridge Short leg for me, don't know how that is going to work out. Quite looking forward to it though. Good chance of a medal with the team I'm in. Had a decent run, deserved my place in the A team today, shame we got a bronze medal.

Andy 1 shoe Money after a bad week due to illness i wasnt expecting to much today, tough hilly course with a 300m uphill finish, i all so went the wrong way which cost me a sub 19 minutes finish,oh well next year i should be alot faster...
