About this parkrun
Flat, traffic free, out and back along the prom, can be a fast course but tends to be into the wind coming back from the halfway point. Don't slip on the seaweed.Velociraptor 24th Dec 2022
Out and back along the prom more or less, although you start about 400m along from the finish, head back to the finish then turn around for a long 2k plus run then turn back all the way to the finish passing the original start line.

A lovely flat out a back along the prom, was lovely today but imagine the wind could make it tough! Plenty of free parking on King Street. Toilets available at the Irish Street Car Park (a short walk from the start).
