dapperdan Had a bad swim,then the bike was going ok ,then i got a punctured,at 8 miles,then a lonely walk back,to run,i think i would have got third place.... next time...

JulesR Overall 13/82. 500m pool swim 9:20 (37/82), T1 1:12, 20km flat bike 35:23 (13/82) ave 21.2mph, T2 0:42, 6.5k run 27:08 (8/82). One minute faster gets 7th place, but swim and bike were flat out. Fell on run so some time left out there, but nice ambulance people used up all their dressings on me after. Big well done to Iceblue on her tri-debut. Very very unlucky to Dapperdan who punctured whilst flying on the bike leg, ran to T2 and still knocked out the 2nd fastest run - would have been about 3rd overall without the flat. Nice to meet Kenster too - get your tri kit on for next year!
