Em Would like to get under this time but never seem to have good run here, nice day out though.

What is it with this course that I just cant get under 24 minutes, didnt run as well as I would have liked, had a good start, seemed a little windy in places that wasnt ever behind you, my Dad saw me on tv, was right behind Jo Pavey on the start line, crikey thoses girls are tiny but muscley.

Nice day out, shame about the time, but hey its all for charity so thats the main thing, well done to all those who took part.

Kinsey Didn't quite go according to plan because of the cold I've had for two weeks but was fairly pleased to get around in just over 25m.

oprah Well, not a personal best, but then it wasn't my very first race so I wasn't quite as excited. More importantly, I was very consistent apart from kilometer 4 when I felt a little winded. Very well organized race, plenty of room at the front of the start, not as much people dodging as I'd expected. splits 5.25 5.25 5.23 5.33 5.23

Making_Tracks Thrilled with my new 5k PB. Managed to get a great starting place just behind Paula Radcliffe and Jo Brand!

If you watch the race on Grandstand at 5.00pm today I'm wearing race number 14208.

neems PB!!!!!! Yipeeee! Know I could have knocked more off of this if I'd have had a clear run but there were so many people and had to do a lot of dodging. Good atmosphere though and I enjoyed it. Crowd support was good.

TheBeetroot A PB - just! I know I could have been faster if I'd managed to get further forward, but that isn't really the point of this race for me. Great atmosphere, and I can honestly say that it was the first race I have enjoyed every minute of.
