Runningheva Worked really hard from the off. No km markers except at 5k, so had to guess the pace. OK fot the first 8k then stomach cramps and an urgent need for the loo. Very pleased to clock 1m faster than yesterday. 4 down, one more race to go.

paulcoz Took this a little easier still had one more race in the series the next day legs starting to feel a little tired. Pleased with the time seeming though I was looking to go slower.
