Good for those using M1 on a Saturday, 1.5 miles from Jn25. Parkland tarmac wide paths, flat and fast, 2 lap PB course. Changing and showers in Leisure Centre. Cob and Tea in Rugby Club bar after. 400+ runners.

Pancake flat, with only a couple of 90 degree turns to navigate. Two laps of the park. Can be a bit exposed in high wind, but it's otherwise the ideal place to burn it up. And you might get to meet Chrisity, pabsey and others.

Run @ West Park Leisure Centre (NG104AA) close to J25. 2 laps of a lovely flat easy to navigate route. Toilets, storage, breakfast etc in Rugby House Cafe near start.

2 lap flat course on tarmac. Can be windy though. Great location for travelling tourist en route to somewhere using the M1.

Flat as a pancake 2 laps in a lovely park, PB potential.

Fast, flat course, easily road shoes. Some variation in turns around the circuit.

One of the fastest in the country - a tiny elevation change over the course (<10m?), with only a couple of tight corners on each lap with U shapes to get over 'High 5 bridge'. Be aware that going fast you'll catch the back markers.

This is a great parkrun - really flat, easy course. A couple of turns but nothing too bad. Good bacon butties in the rugby club after.

Good parkrun - two laps all on paths in a park. There’s a bridge which has two way traffic on it but is controlled well. Around 500 or so runners but plenty of space 😊

Flat and fast BUT it is narrow and busy so can take a while to be able to run at your own pace. Two laps, good free parking and toilets in the leisure centre
