About this parkrun
Flat, single lap on good surface (hard packed trail and tarmac). 2 tiny hills in the last half mile. Round the loch, so very Picture Squeue. Ample parking and a café for after. Playpark for kids and you can even sail and kayak on the loch! G HappyG(rrr) 30th Jun 2019
A single lap on tarmac and sound trail path. Around the artificial loch that’s the centrepiece of this country park. Flattish with a tricky hill at about 4K so watch out. Nice cafe by the lochside for meet-up and social afterwards

it Looks much more than 5K when you gaze out over the loch at the start but it breaks down in to sections and is flat for the opening mile or so and then has some gentle rises and falls.. A very scenic course good cafe/toilets Well recommended!

Once round the loch, anti-clockwise. Almost all trail, with a little tarmac after a mile. Undulations in the second half, with three or four rises, starting gradually and the last one being more of a hill, but only briefly.

One loop around a Loch with a wee loop in the middle, only a few inclines, nothing too bad.
