Bob! Aim was to run 4.30 kms to get round in 22.30. I wasn't up to it !!! Splits were: 4.29, 4.26, 4.40, 4.35, 4.34. Still, 22.44 is a 53 second PB, albeit set on a hilly course. Must try harder!
