stephenferre Will try for PB (49:01) if Wistow/Selby 10K the week before is good. Had to drive home from Reading today (5 hr). Not a good pre-race routine. Still, my time was better than last year, and I was 60th out of 109 finishers (55%) which is better than my usual (70%).
