Fergus Bit of a disaster. Doing well til mile 10 when my legs ran out of fuel and had to jog/walk the last 3. Nice race, though.

Sunbed Athlete 25th year of this race.They let the only 3 guys thats run all of them off 1st then the main pack 30 secs later which I thought was a very touching gesture. Took us until 10 mile mark before we passed them ha ha ha.Seriously a nice gesture. Took 3rd place & Silver Medal in the Scottish Athletics West District Half Marathon Championships.Clubmate Johnny MacNamara took Gold.Worked hard with him til 7 mile then he opened a gap that i couldnt close so credit to him.He got a PB so hes been working hard for it & deserves 2nd place.Just undr 4 mins from winner.Felt ok considering im 60-70% fit @ the moment. Got £10 in M & S vouchers. Good day.Saw other Fetchies for a coffee after the race.
