Lovely scenic parkrun around a lake, with an out and back section at the start/finish. You should get away with road shoes unless it has been very wet lately.

Flat and mainly on trails round lakes in a lovely setting. Great for PBS & dodgy knees! Course varies when muddy. It’s a bit congested at the start (aren’t they all now?) but soon sorts itself out. Get there early to avoid car queues going in.

Almost flat, mostly trail, good surfaces. Car-park £2 for parkrunners, card only (free in Kingsbury + walk). Decent loos at visitor centre. 2023: they've started having pacers on the fourth parkrun of each month. Hornet issues around September.
