Jubear 50th and wanted a PB. 8s too slow but 78s better than previous best post-ankle pr. Latched onto John Reader until he blew up at 2.5m; 1st mile better than was with drier less-nancy going but needs to be under 9 as well 25:02:25 9.39/mm

About this parkrun

Fully off road, undulating paths, fields and farm tracks. Expect mud all year round, trail shoes pretty much essential and don’t expect a PB!

National trust property, so a fancy cafe. 1 lap of undulating/hilly muddy challenging run. Grass, trail, gravel track and mud in and around a wooded area. Lovely challenging course.

A rare one lap course. National Trust land so loos and nice cafe. Definitely recommended, very scenic and can be quick IF dry.
