Jimbo This was my first run in anger since the London Marathon. So after struggling with injury for the last 2 months I was pleased to just get round in one piece. The time was 2 minutes slower than last year, but I was never bothered about the time. The extreme heat would have prevented any type of PB even if I was in good shape. Once again the food & drink after the race made it yet another fantastic JP Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge. Unaffiliated 24:19 28:12 28:12 51.63

Treacle HOT! Unbelievably so. But didn't seem as pushy and shovy as previous years - only one person who seemed to think I belonged in the barrier - maybe cos I was running quicker? Pleased with performance given the heat - heart rate was way up for the pace I was running - by about 15bpm - so couldn't have gone any faster without exploding! Enjoyed it - especially the raided burgers from the Deutsche Bank tent afterwards:-) Unaffiliated 35:05 35:07 35:00 35:07 47.67
