beders legs still tired from bluebell 10 mile trail sunday, set off way too fast lost it in the middle but managed to pull back a bit at the end to knock 6 seconds off last week . splits 3.56, 4.16, 4.41, 5.03, 4.06. felt a lot harder than last week so happy I managed to get a bit faster. Not racing again till next wednesday so will have another stab at sub 22 !!
