About this parkrun
2 laps, has a winter and summer course, both mixed surface, grass, compacted gravel, earth. No toilets or parking on site, although both available in village of Sandridge 3/4 mile to north. Deceptively undulating. Popular with alphabeters.Maccathecracker 22nd Dec 2018
Two lap course mainly on a bridle path. It is undulating and becomes muddy in places. Recommend trail shoes for the job.

Really enjoyable two laps but be very careful when slapping someone's arse that it is who you think it is ! Parking was a nightmare get there early.

I did the winter course in warm weather and roads shoes were fine. 2 lapper, very pleasant woodland location. Get there early for parking at the village hall, where toilets are located.

Nice scenic course. Bit hilly for me while rehabbing injury.

Hilly 2+a bit lap course on grass and gravel/mud mostly in the wooded edges of the park. Free parking in the village or on street near the park. Go early to the Tea rooms as it's a local cafe for local people who reserve seats.

Summer course is stunning.
Winter course is fun in a muddy way.

Did the winter course (Oct 29th). 2 undulating laps round the park on hard packed gravel paths. Some mud but road shoes were fine. There's a pinch point at bollards after 100m that cause slowing if further back. Recommended parking 1Km from start.
