3 laps starting in middle of park on good paths with one longish incline that feels steeper after lap 1. Lovely park, large car park right next to start and friendly volunteers

It's a funny little course, all good paths. Hills are cheeky. Parking is good.

Running an alternative course. 3 laps all on good paths. Unofficially toilets at the leisure centre opposite.

Busiest I've done (707). Paved paths: currently a lead-in, three laps, and a lead-out; undulating with an innitial ascent and then one on each lap. Paths were a little frosty, and quite narrow on the lap ascents, especially when lapping. Friendly.

3 laps of a park all run on paths. It attracts hundreds of people but paths are wide enough for it not to be an issue. There is a hill each lap but with flat inbetween the inclines so OK for hill haters! Plenty of parking nearby.
