Lethargic Great 4miler, off road, some slight inclines. Mile markers slightly silly, splits 5.12 6.17 4.38 5.14.

Ally2 4th today. Was up with Phil c til 2mile then hit a wall ,got a stitch and felt tired (maybe from sunday's race). Got passed by 2 runners I beat at Wollaton. Coarse had small undulations that seemed to zap my energy and rubbish mile markers 5:13, 11:13, 16:04, 21:50 (what the f**k) threw me. The only consolation is it's a PB being a new race distance I'll forget about this race and move on.. not to be today.

SPKoF pb. just. Shocking race. 1st mile way too quick and suffered for it. very tired legs. Based on recent races should have been 30s quicker.

rollerman Another great race from HPRC, thansk guys and girls. Not the 30 min I wanted but as I had ran 11 miles the night before and cycled 11 mile sback to work Tuesday am, well please with a hard run on tired legs, and boy did they feel tired...
