Belper Bear Tough, hilly race so well pleased to average 10 secs a mile quicker than pancake flat Derby 10K. Will be back next year for my revenge on that bl**dy hill!

Iris That was a hill. 137m ascent in the second mile, so that mile took 13 mins! Good overall though.
