About this parkrun

Lovely three lap course mainly on tarmac. Cheeky little climb each lap means a challenge for a really fast time. Still quite quick.

Nice 3 lap course on paths in Hay Lodge park. Quite undulating with tough little climb along edge of the park. Good bacon rolls in the cafe

As has been said, three laps on tarmac around the edge of a pretty park on a hillside beside the Tweed. Smaller numbers than I'm used to so a nice friendly feel. Convenient for the town centre and all its amenities.

3 laps of the park, alll with slight variations, finish on grass.
