tramps Final league race of the season. 19.27 last year, so hoping to improve, but sub 18.29 PB is unlikely given the hill in the first mile. Well organised race on a fast course - disappointing performance with lowest finish of the season.

KinkyS 11th lady on the hardest (and therefore slowest) of the three league 5Ks I did. Slow getting going (not helped by the hill at the start), but a strong finish.

Longy Wasn't looking forward to this one, weakest of the 4. Still feeling the Wissey Half time I did in the legs. However, raced my pants off and gained a PB.
