Flat out and back along seafront path.

Single lap out and back, on pavements, along the sea front. Flatter than a flat thing that's been flattened by a flattener. SERIOUS PB potential. Very friendly crowd, and terrific views. Really enjoyable.

Start and finish are 1k apart. Run along the promenade as an out and back, 3k out 2k back, quite pleasant.
