trazza Really enjoyed it and was really pleased with time. I was nearly crying at 5.5miles as knee was really painful and I thought I wasn't going to make it - despite feeling good in myself. Still some of Cabletow's advice paid off and I managed to sort out my stride so that it was less painful. Glad it hadn't rained more - will be back again I think!
