About this parkrun

Out and back on the beach, need to find the right sand! Scenic on a nice day, and toilets available before and after at the centre. Free parking. Mind the jellyfish.

All on the beach. Variety of surfaces from fluffy sand to pebbles that disappear as you run on them! Rather a strong headwind on the way back today. Lovely views of the sea as you go along 😊
