Hanx An unexpected result that. I don't think I would have managed it without a sterling pacing effort from one of my much faster running club buddies. A 5k split of 19:05 gave me a negative second half time of 18:48.

Impossible is Nothing Decided to take it steady and get a 38 minute time in the book. Went well to plan - just ran my own race and it felt pretty comfortable. Legs feel back to normal at last! Result 23rd out of 211
