LC Pleased with this time. I worked hard & felt I was able to keep 'upping' my pace. Although the rain & wind did stop for the race, the course was flooded in several places & the water came upto my knees (yes, I am short!). This was a factor for everyone in the race, so I think quite a few slower times all round. 4 Men from my club then went over to Accrington to run the Red Rose Cross Country at Wilson Playing Fields, now that WAS muddy & wet!!
