mikep Lots of hills (all up) lots of rocks, a bit of mud, several bottle necks (including a bollard in the middle of entrance onto bouncy bridge). Really hard work, not a course for PB’s or close to them. The toughest event I have done so far. Nice bottle of beer for finishing. Now it’s behind me a think I enjoyed it – sort of. Not sure how valid the time is as the distance would depend on the route taken through the wood up the hill! Good atmosphere and organisation.

northernslowcoach no bets please - it's a hilly trail race and my 10k pb was set on flat road! hoping to beat last summers trail 10k tho' *UPDATE* that was tough, need to get off road a bit more! fun though!
