About this parkrun

Nearly 3 laps on tarmac paths with quite a hill in it. Nice pretty park overlooking a lake and a grand looking cafe in te middle. On street parking outside the park is easy to find and free.

3 laps, all on Tarmac footpath. Hilly! The lower parts of the circuit can get icy in winter due to rainwater washing off the hill; then bits of the course divert onto the grass which can be very swampy.

Meet / start in centre of park near the pond.

10+ minute walk from Southgate tube station (on Piccadilly line) so very convenient for those using public transport

Surprisingly Undulating but had good run here back in the day when there wasn't many Parkruns and you could cycle there. So bus train or drive.

Nice 3 x up a longish hill but plenary of downhill to make up for it.
