Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

_andy Ran with a lovely cold (bleuuaarcchchch! all the way round) and road shoes 'cos I couldn't download the course map the night before (How thick was that? And how much mud?). Ran with really tired legs (maybe I shouldn't have gone up Kingseat twice this week) and didn't feel like there was anything more in the tank. Ah, the joys of cross-country courses. Shouldn't really complain: came 22nd out of 120 finishers. Nice to see SOAPN, Karend, Sophster and Bedshaped.

Son of a Pronator Man hoping to do well on current form but you never know. And you never know how muddy it can be, especially on the way back, with the path churned by by all the runners on the outward leg. Please to be just 9s outside my PB in such a slippy route when my PB was set in August and the route was drier. Still positve about Alloa half PB

Steve69 Course was extremely muddy as there has been a lot of rain recently. I was very happy to have come in under 1 hour. I was 103rd of 120.
