LC Quite a windy day today although it didn't raing for the duration of the race. Pleased with my time, but I was still very weak on the flamin hills. I felt I was able to push myself & ease off & then push again.

My poor knees... Really nice route, with a great turnout. Hope the lady who fell at the start is OK: looked a horrible fall. Well gutted about my time: how could I get slower!!!? Not looking forward to the Four Villages Half Marathon on the 20th now. :-(

Sandpitt Never run this before but as I've read it is fairly flat I might get close to my pb hopefully!!! UPDATE: Was chuffed to bits to get a pb in those conditions;defo be back to try to beat this next year.
