Boab Tough wee 10K, mixed terrain with a few Kms on rutted and stoney farm roads and a few wee inclines to deal with. Very windy in East fife today, head wind for the first half of the race as it's out and back. Got to the turn in 17:15, having put a lot of effort in to get there against the wind. Legs started to tire, obviously still feeling the effects of Berlin from last Sunday, so was just about hanging on in the second half to come back in 16:29 and take first place. Great wee goodie bag for winning, get this, A bottle of wine 3 bottles of beer A box of Roses 3 Mars Bars.

cake muncher Last minute decision to run. Placed 10th. Got to be happy with the result considering my injury woes and subsequent weight gain! - 12st 4lb. Great wee race. Not to be missed.

Fat Boy Excellent event organised by Anster Haddies. Tough conditions with a strong headwind for the first 5k. Pleased to run 37.20 finishing about 14th and 2nd M40. Superb post race buffet by the Haddies. Well done to Boab for winning the race!
