Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Baza The 1st of 2 10K's today, East Neuk is a counter for my club so will be giving it that bit extra effort, before shooting down the coast to Linlithgow.*UPDATE* Ya Dancer.... brilliant run, still to see the results but i think i was 12th overall. Touch and go whether club got the team prize? Best 10K run of the year by over 1 minute (Auld Toun was previous best). Started steady and picked the pace up about 3K, ground was slippy due to a light rain shower and it was breezy too. Turned at 5K and kept pace going picking up again on the downhill section. Felt it catching up on me at 8 but I was determined to hold on (club mate was closing me down I think). Mile splits are 6:05, 6:06, 6:17, 5:52, 6:11, 6:02, 1:07. Good run and well organised and marshalled. Sorry I couldn't stay for the feed afterwards this year - Well done the Haddies.

SueW Consider trail shoes if it's wet. Last year we slid about all over the place!
Update - pleased with this time as I'm about 2 minutes+ faster than last year. Started slowish into the breeze and picked up the pace on the way back. I'll settle for that!
