Gobi Well, you have to try. I feel my 5.13 on the grass track is a soft time.

SCORES

went off well first quarter in 72.xx had a slump up to half way 2.30.xx BUT I felt good so pushed on hitting three quarters in 3.46.x. I had now caught the 2 lads in front and this was great as we kicked for home and closed in on second place as well.

I still need to work on my consistancy but I admit it now. I have a little speed

MattTheRat Not run a measured mile for a loonngg time - will be interesting! **UPDATE** Well that wasn't too bad. Splits of 78,83,83,78 and it didn't hurt too much. I reckon I could knock a few seconds off that time in the future.
