Baza Tough course but really enjoyed my run. Picked of a few names that I would normally not see. Very muddy in places with a couple of hills thrown in for good measure. 2nd counter for the club and well into the top half of the field.

Boab Watch Time. Tough course in farm fields. After 10 minutes I knew I'd done too much this week, nothing in the legs. Jogged the rest of the race. Caught myself I don't know how many times, my calfs are covered in scrapes and bruises.

HappyG(rrr) Well that was fun. Not! Hard course, I thought, that hill just went on and on. I boinged Sir Fetch and asked him to change distance - which he has, lovely man. I made it 6.6 mile, certainly more than 10K. Beautiful day tho. And well done all those with blistering times! :-)G
