Boab East District XC relay champs. Was off first and I believe I was 8th. Got passed by Edinburgh AC only. Bottle and an half of wine last night took the edge off it a bit for me. Silly boy. Good fun though and all the Harmeny lads ran really well, although I still hate cross country!!!!

Baza Braw, it's Cross Country season at last, wasn't keen on the stubbly field today and I felt my right ankle twinge a couple of times on the ruts but kept going. Running the 4th leg for the 'A' team and we finished in 8th place overall, more because of the rest of the guys rather than me. Good day though, good to see Boab & Happy G running well today too. Roll on the nationals in two weeks..
