Sunbed Athlete Was changed to just a 10k but still a hard 10k esp 1st part with good steep climbs that get your legs working overtime.2nd part has good downhill bits to get good splits as my splits ranged from 3:05 - 3:28 during the whole race.Took lead from just before 2k & was 90secs clear @ the finish.Enjoyed the race/workout plus the £30 for winning it :-).
Thanks to the Killie lads for their pre race/during race/post race banter.Only 2 more races in Ayrshire to win & thats me got the clean sweep.....;)

hannkies 4th Place and 1st Vet. Didn't run bad and didn't run great, a wee bit dissapointed to lose 3rd place on the downhill stretch, but starting to feel a bit fitter now and hopefully have an injury free spell for a while touch wood. Well done to everyone who ran, including Kerry who won the race clocking a superb time on the tough but enjoyable course, and who hunted ( and collected ) another pot for his mantlepiece.

ian9657 It's officially undulating......but they changed it to a very hard 10k rather than a unique 10.5k. Pleased with my time though and my race. Well done to Sunbed for winning by such a large gap and for Brian for making me work so hard to beat him twice in a week :-) Also a fine run by Hannkies but Alan F says he wont be back !

briandarroch I felt good until half way, took it far too easy at this point so that my heart wouldn't explode! Shortly afterwards Matt Dodds and Ian Goudie passed me. Thankfully Hugh Rankin got me to pick up my pace and I settled in behind Ian, I just started to slow a little before entering Dundonald but still happy enough with my time.
