About this parkrun
Three laps, plus in and out, on made trail. Scotland's toughest parkrun, steep descent and stiff climbs each lap. Pleasant enough woods, bluebells in spring. Narrow paths, low numbers usually. Not for me, too hard, not fun. Parking onstreet.Dvorak 18th Jan 2019

3 tough laps with more ups and downs than your average rollercoaster. A smaller event numbers wise usually. A mix of trail and path with woods and clearings. An early tight down hill turn to watch out for especially in the winter.

Oooft, them hills - and three times as well !!! 1 big downhill, but windy and steep so no real benefit. A tough one, a challenge, but worth it. Nice light downwards trend to the finish. Predominantly trail paths.
