emdee My official time will be very different - I stopped for about 45 mins to help an unconscious runner after about 12.5 miles - poor guy was out for about 40 minutes but started to come around once on oxygen. Hope he's ok.

Footpad Took this easy! my official time will be 10mins slower as I stopped to help a collapsed runner. It was also so i could take a rest as I was hungry and wobbly myself! Great route and one I can do on my own since I am local! All in the bank for Abingdon later in year!

McCargathon Cracking race, great scenery, well-organised, nice and flat so beat PB.

Mr. K. Not racing just pacing round. Update - was looking at 9.00min/m really (1.57.55) maybe slower. After going too fast I decided to break the race into three parts - it seemed better after that. Splits - 8:32, 8:31, 8:40, 8:33.....9:04, 8:45, 8:46, 8:43.....9:34, 8:37, 9:15, 9:14, 8:56 + bit. Hope that chap is ok. Nice to see some many `faces` today.
