Middler Didn't race in the end - have been slow and sluggish all week, woke this morning feeling decidedly achy and rough. Gutted as wanted to do the whole series :(

sLickster Bad week in preparation, had only ran 3 miles due to illness. Took it very steady all the way round, just there to make up the numbers, but was 6th (?) scorer for the team. VERY muddy for vast majority of the course. Great effort by those running XC for the first time, including Beast. And a cracking run by MountainMat too!
