JEJ Looking to enter this as I now feel that my 5km PB isn't as strong as I first thought... ...no time to warm up or empty my stomach. Never really got going but happy to be almost a minute faster than I was last year whilst knowing I could go another 30s quicker without stomach pain.

sLickster Well in an aim to do a sub-20, tried to do even splits of 4min/km and put a little extra into the last 1km. Mainly due to me tracking ThorntonRunner and Spaceman around the course, before 'legging it past them' in the last 750m, I managed quite a big sub-20! Splits by my timing were 3.54, 3.58, 3.55, 3.57, 3.32!!!

Spaceman I'll be happy with another sub 20. I've put a few pounds on recently! UPDATE: Took 29 seconds off my November time so really pleased. Ultra cold night.

rollerman was looking good till about 2 miles, then right calf got very tight so slowed it down rarther than cause more injury.
