Lisrun A cold cloudy day with a bit of an east wind which was fine for the first and last quarter but very hard for the 7miles in the middle. Snow was forecast for the following evening and it arrived all over the north that night. Beautiful countryside, I can imagine it looks glorious in summer. Course was up and down hills and I struggled on the hills, it took the energy out of me. Very pleased to have made it round in under two hours. Afternoon tea to all runners.
