Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Kev Scone My first EVER race in 2006 2:14:44, so hope to improve on that! Hope more fetchies doing it too!

Just adjusted my predicted as 2 hrs seems a bit ambitous, been concentrating on endurance rather than speed :-)

& Its 14.2 miles, not 14, thats why my PB isn't coming up from last year?

went out fast, faded a little at mile 11 as lost my gel out of my back pocket, strong finish though half mara a 1.58, my time was under 2.08 but official time above (the distance is 14.2 can anyone change it so i get some points?)

Lisrun A bit wet, but most of the time it was just drizzle which stopped any overheating. I had forgotten about the short steep hills in the last quarter - must have blanked them out. Better time than I expected, but pulled a calf muscle about quarter of mile from the finish grrrr !

XB No idea what to expect other than great scenery and a great atmosphere. I found the second half really tough. It really is a beautiful part of the world and a really testing course. There's always something special about events where the whole village gets involved. Great atmosphere. The undulations really took it out of me - I couldn't find a rhythm at all. I'll be back - I've got a settle to score. And I really must try and use an alternative to
