Sunbed Athlete 4th year in a row now for winning this race.Just outside course best by 6 secs.Felt great as this was 1st real effort after last weeks marathon.Ran with compression socks on as legs/calves tight.Left ankle/knee no problem apart from the cliff part of the route which I took gingerly.Good workout.
